How do I deploy the e-modules?

You can deploy the modules in two ways:

Learning Management System (LMS) – upload the module to your company’s LMS and deploy the modules by assigning your employees to the module on the LMS. 
Without LMS – upload the module to your company’s shared drive and access the module from there. However, if you do it this way, you may not be able to track your learner’s progress. To address this concern, we can include a Certificate of Completion in the module. When the learner completes the course, they can print the Certificate of Completion and save it to indicate that they have completed and passed the module.

How long are the modules?

Refer to the brochure for module duration. The module duration takes into account learning time as well as time spent on graded assessment.

Are eQuick Learn's courses fully e-learning, or do you also offer face-to-face training?

eQuick Learn is a content provider of e-learning courses. We currently do not offer face-to-face training.

Are these video courses?

No. These courses are interactive e-learning courses, which means the learner can 'interact' with the module instead of passively watching a linear video. Interactive courses provide fun and engaging experiences for learners.

How are the modules structured?

Each module starts with an introduction explaining the course lessons and objectives. The module is typically divided into 3-5 topics or lessons, each offering ungraded exercises such as fill in blanks, drag-and-drop, true/false, multiple choice, etc. Instructional design of each course is aimed at simplicity and enhancing learning effectiveness though scenarios, quizzes and gamified elements. Each module ends with a graded assessment where the learner will be formally graded.

How many employees can I train when I purchase a module?

There is no limit as to the number of employees you train. Once purchased, the module will be your company's training asset, which you can use repeatedly to train your current employees as well as future employees!

Can I customise the module to my company's needs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept customisation requests, such as revising or adding contents . There will be an additional charge, dependent upon what customisation is needed. We do provide complimentary uploading of your company's policy or SOPs to the module at no extra charge.

Upon purchase, how is the course installed or delivered?

Upon full payment, we will send you the SCORM package, which can be immediately deployed.

What is SCORM?

SCORM stands for Shareable Content Object Reference Model. It is a set of technical standards that make the e-learning content and a SCORM-compliant LMS compatible with each other.

Yes. All our courses are claimable under the CBT (Computer-based Training) Scheme.

There is no time limit. You can use the module to train as long as you desire.
